Welcome to Sketchat platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "Sketchat.sa"). This Terms and Conditions Policy is a legally binding agreement that is entered into to regulate the relationship between the Platform and the user, which in turn clarifies the terms and obligations arising from ensuring the right of both parties. Therefore, please read the Terms and Conditions Policy carefully, so that you can know how to use the Platform and benefit from all its services. The Terms and Conditions Policy may be updated from time to time, and when the Terms and Conditions Policy of the Platform is updated, the date "Last updated date of the policy" will be updated at the bottom of this page. Therefore, we recommend continuous checking.

Your visit and use of the Platform (Sketchat.sa) and all its affiliated services mean your agreement to this Terms and Conditions Policy, and the relevant terms, which are as follows:

Sketchat platform is a platform that provides professional services in the field of 3D printing and its extensions, from the idea and initial design to the final product printed using 3D printing technology.

The main services of the platform are as follows:

• 3D Model Printing
• 3D Model Design
• Gallery
• 3D Consultation and support services

Also, the content related to 3D printing technology is provided by presenting interesting topics and lessons through the blog, which contributes to transferring knowledge to the community.

1.Placing Orders:

The process of placing orders is done through the platform. To facilitate and enhance the customer experience, smooth templates have been created for ordering 3D printing services and 3D model design services through the platform. After filling out the templates and sending them, the orders are reviewed and approved by the specialized team.

• A.3D Printing Service Orders:

  To order a 3D printing service, the 3D model can be selected, after which printing details such as material type, colors, and printing details are chosen. Next, we request the information needed to ship and deliver the printed model.

• B.3D Model Design Service Orders:

  You can request 3D model design service by choosing the design service from the provided services, then filling out the order form while putting the design requirements and any other instructions, such as printing after finishing the design.

• C.Ready-made Model and Product Orders from the Gallery:

  The gallery provides a variety of different products in various fields. The product can be easily ordered and paid for directly.

2.Orders Acceptance:

The mechanism for accepting orders depends on the type of service to be used. All services and products offered on the platform are supposed to be available. Moreover, due to the nature of the services provided and their challenges (for example, 3D printing, customized design), 3D printing and 3D model design orders are subject to review and initial approval by the specialized team for each order, after which final approval is given, and the order is processed.

A confirmation of the order will be sent via email to the account`s associated email address. The order confirmation will be effective from the date the confirmation is sent. It is important to verify the details in the email to ensure accuracy of the order.

3.Orders Rejection/Cancellation:

Depending on the nature of the services, there may be technical or other discretionary reasons for not accepting or cancelling an order, even after initial or final acceptance. These reasons may include, but are not limited to, the inability to print forms, violation of one of our content policies (see our content policy), or delivery does not support the required shipping address. The customer will be notified in the event of partial or complete order cancellation.

Also, Sketchat reserves the right to cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

• A.Failure to respond to customer communications after the order submission date.
• B.Delay in completing the payment process after final approval of printing and model design requests.
• C.In the event that one of the printing or product options is not available, and the customer does not respond to the communications.
• D.In the event of a printing error or unintentional error in prices or quantities of any product, the appropriate action will be taken on the order (modification or cancellation) immediately, and then the customer will be notified.
• E.If the print model violates one of our content policies before printing, the print request will be rejected and a refund will be issued for the printing amount. Also, if we decide that your model violates our content policy after printing, we will not ship the model and may not issue a full refund.
• F.If the delivery address is incorrect, contact information is incorrect, or if we are unable to reach you.

4.Prices:

• A.The prices displayed on the platform are valid only at the moment they are displayed. Sketchat reserves the right to change its prices on the platform at any time without prior notice. However, this change will not have any effect on orders placed before the new price is updated on the platform. We make every effort to prevent pricing errors. However, in case of an error, we are not obligated to display it and the order can be cancelled. In case of an error, the settlement will be made either by adjusting or cancelling the order.
• B.Our prices for 3D printing services depend on various factors, including but not limited to the complexity of the 3D model, the selected materials, and any special instructions provided by you. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
• C.The pricing quote is based on the information you provide us when submitting a quote request. The pricing quote includes the estimated cost of the printing service, the value-added tax, and shipping. The final cost of the order may vary based on changes to the 3D model or selected materials.
• D.If there is an error in our pricing or price display, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price to the correct amount. We will notify you of any price changes before the payment process. All prices displayed on the platform include the applicable value-added tax within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• E.We may offer promotional offers or discounts from time to time. Terms and conditions of any promotional offers or discounts on the platform or through our marketing channels will be specified. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offers or discounts at any time without prior notice.

5.Payment:

• A.Payment for orders of the sample and ready-made products exhibition will be made directly after adding the products to the cart, and then the orders will be prepared and sent.
• B. As for orders for 3D printing and model design services, the payment process will be available after they are approved by the relevant team. The invoice for the orders will be generated, and the customer will be notified of the availability of payment through one of our approved payment methods. After payment, the orders will be prepared and sent.

6.Order Status

You can track the status of your order through the platform and view information about submitted orders on the orders page, for example, accepted order, product, sender, delivery. Additionally, the customer will be notified of order updates via email.

7.Shipping and Delivery:

Once the order is shipped, we will send tracking information. Please ensure that you are available to receive the order. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for bearing the costs associated with re-shipping the package to the correct address.

We will ship orders to the address registered with us. We deal with experienced shipping companies to ensure timely and safe delivery of orders. However, we are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses that occur during shipping.

Once your order is delivered, the order is considered complete. If you have any comments regarding the printed model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We strive to ensure that all products delivered to you meet our high-quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

If the product is eligible for return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the product to us, and we reserve the right to impose restocking fees. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide a reason for the return or refund. A photographic proof of the product may be requested.

The following items are excluded from the exchange or refund process:

• A.Customized products, including 3D printed products and models that have been manufactured and modified according to your specifications or request.
• B.Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• C.Products that have been delivered to a third party.

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy standards. If the product is eligible for exchange, we will exchange it with a similar or comparable product.

If the product is eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees. The processing of refunded amounts may take up to 14 business days. Any disputes related to returns or refunds will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in the general terms and conditions.

By using our 3D printing service, you acknowledge and warrant that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any files, designs, or other content (collectively referred to as "Content") that you send to us. You are solely responsible for any Content that you submit, and we assume no responsibility for any infringement or violation of third-party intellectual property rights arising from your use of our service. You agree that any designs or other Content you submit to us may be used for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. By submitting Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content for promotional purposes.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and if you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us and provide us with the following information:

• A.A description of the copyrighted or other intellectual property-protected Content that has been infringed;
• B.The location of the infringing materials on our website;
• C.Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address;
• D.A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the infringing materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• E.A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe may infringe the intellectual property rights of others without prior notice to you. You agree to indemnify our company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and defend and hold them harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, including reasonable attorney`s fees, arising from or in connection with your use of our service or any Content you submit.

You acknowledge and agree that you will only use the platform in accordance with the "Content Policy" and you’re understanding and acceptance of it. Additionally, you acknowledge and warrant your compliance with your use, including the designs, three-dimensional models, requests, or production, shipping, selling, and use of parts or tools by us:

Not to contain any weapons. "Weapons" are broadly defined as follows:

• A.Firearms/Guns:

  Firearms or parts of any component of firearms or ammunition. This includes:

  • Any device designed or capable of being converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive or other propellant.
  • Any form of ammunition, including raw materials, lead, or powder designed for use in any firearm.
  • Items related to firearms and accessories. Such as attachments, parts, or components for any weapon if this attachment or component contributes to the operation of the weapon directly or indirectly.
  • This excluded the requests, models, and tools which are related to cosplay, as determined by us.

• B.Sharp Weapons (Cold/White):
  • This includes knives designed to cause bodily harm or damage and any part or component of them.
  • Any weapon containing sharp blades, such as non-metallic knives, daggers, throwing knives, folding knives, and other related tools and components.
  • This excluded the requests, models, and tools which are related to cosplay, as determined by us.

• C.Fireworks and Explosives:

  This includes any type of fireworks, explosives, or related parts and components and the nature of firearms used in (A). Such as toy firearms and accessories, paintball guns, fireworks, and others.

When you use any of the platform`s services or access them, you agree to the following:

• A.You acknowledge and warrant that you are authorized to use the platform and have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements. The information provided by the platform on the site is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• B.You acknowledge and warrant that all information you provide to the platform is accurate and that you have full rights and authority to provide us with all content, documents, drawings, specifications, and that you are authorized to grant the necessary licenses.
• C.You agree not to use the platform or our services for:
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any computer viruses, mobile viruses, or any software intended to damage or alter the computer system or change it to or through the platform.
  • Sending unwanted or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, spam, unsolicited mail, sequential messaging, pyramid schemes, or any other form of repetitive or unwanted messages, whether commercial or otherwise.
  • Using the platform to harvest, collect, or compile information or data about other users, including email addresses, without their consent;
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an unnecessary burden on servers or networks connected to the platform, or violating the regulations, policies, or procedures of these networks.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform (or to systems or servers or networks connected or used with the platform or other users or any third party), whether by mining passwords or anything else.
  • Using automated programs or agents or scripts to create multiple accounts on the platform, or to create search operations, requests, or automated queries (or to scrape, strip, or mine data) from the platform, including launching or using any automated means or process, such as "robots," or tests that bear the platform and its systems.
• D.All conditions, rules, and any separate agreements related to the provision of services shall be subject to the e-commerce system and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• E.When creating an account, it is not permissible to choose a username for another person with the intention of impersonating that person, or to use an offensive name.
• F.Quality control checks are conducted on all printed models before they are shipped to ensure that they meet our accuracy and quality standards. In the event that the printed model does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to reprint the model or issue a refund.
• G.Arabic is the language to be used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement or translating it into another language.
• H.All policies or rules mentioned in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section are an integral part of the terms and conditions policy and complement it.

The terms and conditions policy can be accessed through a link on this page and may change continuously. When the terms and conditions policy for the platform changes, the "Last Updated Date" of the policy will be updated at the top of this policy. Therefore, we recommend checking the terms and conditions policy. Your continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your agreement to this privacy policy in its modified form.
